I’ve ordered a few times and always been pleased but the curly spider plant I received this time didn’t look very healthy with brown tipped edges and a lot of snapped leaves.

Ordered a couple of plants from patch and they were very nice so I ordered a large plant pot (£110). It arrived 10 days later and was just placed in a box...no protection or bubble wrap...it was obviously smashed to pieces. I couldn’t find a phone number so I spoke to them on live chat. They said a replacement would be sent in 6-10 days. 10 days later nothing had arrived, I messaged again and they assured me it would be here in next few days. Another week later and it still wasn’t here...I contact them and they tell them and this person finally realises the order wasn’t sent through on their system. They said they would send another but would be 6-10 days again. 10 days after this and it arrives again with no protection in a box. I can hear it rattling as the delivery guy puts it down. I open it and take a photo and decline the delivery. I hear nothing from patch plants so a week later I email them. Another week later, no answer so I go on live chat and the guy just says “oh well, it’ll probably break again if I reorder so I’ll refund you”. 8 bloody weeks for that rubbish...no sorry or concern of my time wasted contacting them. Will never use them again now

The plants are beautiful, so much better than I expected. They have a great range of plants, for all budgets. Although the delivery time is long, worth the wait. The pots could be cheaper, but they are beautiful.

Pleased with Patch Plants- there was a good selection to choose from, the information about how to choose was helpful, such as where the plants would thrive, how easy they were to look after etc
